Editorial policy
How Can I Eat publishes health content
Can I Eat publishes general food-safety and dietary information for pregnancy, high uric acid, gout and diabetes, with sources, scope and a correction path.
Source selection
We prioritize public guidance from responsible health authorities and professional bodies. Each food guide cites sources and states its health focus and region. Translation does not make regional guidance universal.
What a new guide must add
Each new guide must answer a distinct reader question, add practical detail and support its main claims. New or revised guides need an evidence record and translation comparison before publication.
Review and updates
AI tools assist drafting and translation. Internal source-comparison records identify claims, source sections, dates and whether practical examples are our editorial application. This is editorial source comparison, not clinical review.
Authorship and medical review
The editorial team handles publishing and corrections. Current guides have no individual clinical review. Any future clinical review must name the qualified reviewer, relevant credentials, date and scope.
Corrections
If a source changes or a page is inaccurate, contact us with the page URL and supporting source. We review material corrections and update both the content and update date.
